IC Design Engineer 4

Broadcom, a global leader in semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions, is seeking an IC Design Engineer 4 for their Bangalore office. This role is crucial for the company's chip design and power integrity initiatives.

The position involves sophisticated technical responsibilities including block and full chip level static/dynamic sign-off, signal/power EM sign-off, and system-level analysis. You'll be working with cutting-edge tools and technologies in semiconductor design, implementing custom power grid solutions, and collaborating with SoC and packaging teams.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in CS/EE/EC and possess hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like RedHawk/RHSC/Voltus/PDN analysis/3DIC. Strong technical skills in power integrity signoff checks and programming languages (Perl, TCL, Python) are essential. Knowledge of physical implementation and familiarity with Innovus/ICC tools would be advantageous.
