By connecting with HCM, ATS, and financial planning systems, Caro ensures real-time synchronization across these platforms, keeping teams aligned with the latest updates.
The Founding Engineer role involves shipping and iterating quickly, thoughtfully balancing trade-offs for quality. You will collaborate closely with the founders to design solutions for customer challenges and directly interact with customers to diagnose and resolve product issues. The role requires working with various languages and technologies, including GCP, MongoDB, and Typescript.
CaroHQ offers a competitive salary range of $140K - $190K, along with equity ranging from 0.5% to 1%. Responsibilities
- Ship and iterate quickly while being thoughtful about trade offs for quality
- Collaborate with the founders on designing the best solution for our customers’ problems
- Interact directly with customers to diagnose and resolve issues in the product
- Work in a variety of languages and technologies, including GCP, MongoDB, and Typescript
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in full stack software engineering
