Cisco Meraki is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to drive innovation in their Network Assurance applications through cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. This role sits at the intersection of cloud networking and artificial intelligence, working with Meraki Dashboard - the cornerstone of their cloud ecosystem.

The position offers an opportunity to lead and mentor a team of skilled ML/AI engineers while collaborating closely with engineering leaders, UX designers, product managers, and security experts. The role involves advancing the capabilities of Meraki Dashboard to enhance simplicity, scalability, and security for network administrators managing large-scale networks globally.

As a Lead ML Engineer, you'll be responsible for setting the technical vision for the Meraki Assurance ML/AI roadmap and guiding the team through short to long-term goals. The role requires deep expertise in building large-scale AI models and systems, with experience in MLOps practices and frameworks like Tensorflow, PyTorch, and Keras. You'll work with complex data sets and ETL pipelines while leveraging cloud technologies including AWS, Kubernetes, and Spark.
