The role involves designing and building demonstrations and lab content that will be accessed through dCloud, Cisco's demonstration platform. You'll work with various internal stakeholders to understand requirements, develop demo topologies, and create compelling use cases. The position requires expertise in working with virtual machines, appliances, simulators, and hardware, as well as automation skills using Python, PowerShell, and REST APIs.
As a Demo Engineer, you'll be responsible for verifying demo optimization, working with Netops teams for hardware maintenance, and creating comprehensive documentation. The role includes providing technical support to level 1 & 2 support engineers and leading training labs and presentations to both internal and external customers.

Experience with automation languages and cloud services is essential. CCNP/CCIE certification is advantageous but not required.
