Responsibilities For Lead Machine Engineer Network platform/Assurance- Meraki
- Define and implement AI/ML priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Explore, design and implement sophisticated models and model architectures
- Understand data and schema to make recommendations for data models
- Establish model integration and deployment using CI/CD principles
- Evaluate AI models performance through testing and experimentation
- Influence architectural decisions focusing on security and scalability
- Collaborate with teams across Cisco Network Platform organization
- Work with managers to design team objectives
- Supervise team members' technical designs
- Mentor team members by providing technical guidance
Requirements For Lead Machine Engineer Network platform/Assurance- Meraki
- 8+ years related industry experience, or equivalent time in relevant Masters or PhD programs
- Experience programming in Python or Scala and writing queries in SQL
- Experience designing and implementing large scale machine learning frameworks and models
- Experience using data processing and ML libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow, Keras
- Experience implementing and monitoring scalable data and machine learning pipelines
- Experience working with distributed computing engines and real time data streaming services
- Experience in designing, deploying, and securing cloud-based AI/ML infrastructure (AWS Preferred)
- Experience in containerization technologies, orchestration platform, and CI/CD framework
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
