- Define and implement AI/ML priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Design and implement sophisticated models and model architectures
- Make recommendations for data models, evaluation and governance process
- Establish model integration and deployment using CI/CD principles
- Evaluate AI models performance through testing and experimentation
- Influence architectural decisions focusing on security and scalability
- Collaborate with teams across Cisco Network Platform organization

Requirements For Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Network Platform DS- Meraki
- 8+ years related industry experience or equivalent Masters/PhD
- Experience programming in Python or Scala and SQL
- Experience designing and implementing large scale ML frameworks and models
- Experience with data processing and ML libraries (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow, Keras)
- Experience implementing scalable data and ML pipelines
- Experience with distributed computing (Apache Spark) and streaming services (Kafka)
- Experience in cloud-based AI/ML infrastructure (AWS Preferred)
