Responsibilities For Senior Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer

  • Participate in teleconferences or technical meetings
  • Perform configurations, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Record configurations change requests through change control board
  • Process storage requests, migrations and decommission tasks
  • Monitor failed system components and coordinate support
  • Respond to monitoring alerts and warnings
  • Complete scheduled maintenance
  • Manage technology in remote environments
  • Process tickets according to service level agreements
  • Provide initial response, Level 1 and Level 2 escalation for outages
