This role combines systems engineering with DevOps practices, focusing on managing and maintaining Enterprise Vault infrastructure on Windows Servers. The position requires a Top Secret clearance and offers a competitive salary range of $165,148 - $238,547.

The role involves critical responsibilities including system configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Enterprise Vault systems. Responsibilities For Senior Veritas Enterprise Vault Engineer

  • Participate in technical meetings to review and support program objectives
  • Perform configurations, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Record configurations change requests through change control board
  • Process storage requests, migrations and decommission tasks
  • Monitor failed system components and coordinate support
  • Respond to monitoring alerts with corrective actions
  • Complete scheduled maintenance according to policies
  • Manage technology in remote environments
  • Create Power Shell and VBS scripts to automate routine maintenance tasks
  • Facilitate system migration to cloud infrastructure
  • Perform daily system monitoring
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades
  • Configure new services as necessary
