Responsibilities For Senior Veritas Enterprise Vault Engineer

  • Participate in technical meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives
  • Perform configurations, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Record configurations change requests through change control board
  • Process storage requests, migrations and decommission tasks
  • Monitor failed system components and coordinate support
  • Create PowerShell and VBS scripts to automate routine maintenance tasks
  • Facilitate system migration into cloud infrastructure
  • Perform daily system monitoring
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades
  • Configure new services as necessary
  • Prepare and review technical assessments
