Lead Full Stack Engineer (Node.js & React/Vue) - Hybrid

CoverGo is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement across various locations in Vietnam. This role requires expertise in both Node.js backend development and modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js. The position involves leading and managing engineering teams while maintaining hands-on development work.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building complete backend systems and APIs using Node.js, along with proficiency in Nest.js framework. On the frontend side, deep knowledge of either React.js or Vue.js is essential. The role requires strong technical leadership abilities, as you'll be responsible for managing and mentoring team members.

This is a senior technical position that combines hands-on development with team leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate must be based in Vietnam and have the legal right to work there.
