The Developer Productivity team is a newly formed group with a broad charter spanning the entire software lifecycle. As a senior member, you'll play a pivotal role in defining technical direction, establishing engineering culture, and working directly with stakeholders to align with company objectives. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, focusing on building scalable solutions that enhance developer efficiency.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $183,000 to $210,000, plus Restricted Stock Units. - Partner with engineering organization to build and define standard practices

Requirements For Senior/Staff Software Engineer - Developer Productivity
- Expertise in understanding technical decisions and evaluating tradeoffs
- Fluent knowledge of industry-standard build tooling, containerization, and open source development tools
- Understanding of data structures, storage systems, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience in modern open source programming languages (Golang)
- BS or MS Degree in Engineering or Analytical field or equivalent experience
- Empathy for developer and operator workflows and productivity
- Passion for staying current on industry practices and open source advancements
