Job Description

Delve is automating compliance for hundreds of fast-growing startups, with companies like Lovable, 11x, and Wispr Flow relying on them to eliminate busywork and ship securely. With $32M in Series A funding, backed by Insight Partners, General Catalyst, and Y Combinator, Delve is rapidly scaling its engineering team. The founders and engineers come from OpenAI, Stanford, MIT, and Berkeley, with a shared goal of automating tedious work at scale.

They are seeking a New Grad/Early Software Engineer who is technically sharp, hungry, and ready to learn quickly. You'll ship production-grade features alongside senior engineers, contribute to AI-powered systems, and work across the stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js). This role provides autonomy, live mentorship from ex-OpenAI engineers, and the chance to build impactful products from day one. Responsibilities

  • Ship features across the stack with direct mentorship from senior engineers
  • Contribute to AI-driven product features in production
  • Rapidly prototype ideas, test with users, and iterate fast

  • Work in-person daily with a high-context, fast-moving team
