The position involves working directly with C3 AI's suite of enterprise AI products, including equipment reliability, generative AI, and demand forecasting solutions.

As a Software and Documentation Engineer, you'll be embedded within specific engineering teams while collaborating with the broader DevDocs team. The role uniquely combines engineering, teaching, and toolmaking skills. You'll be responsible for quickly mastering new C3 AI technologies, developing documentation automation tools, creating essential documentation, and improving knowledge management systems.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of technical experience and a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or equivalent background.
