Disney Cruise Line is seeking a Business Systems Support Manager to lead their shipboard systems operations. This role combines technical expertise with operational leadership in the cruise industry. As a Subject Matter Expert, you'll provide critical support for various systems used in both terminal and shipboard operations.

The position requires deep knowledge of Disney Cruise Line's end-to-end processes, from website interactions through reservation systems to the actual cruise experience. You'll be responsible for supporting embarkation operations, providing system guidance, and ensuring smooth technical operations across all cruise line touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with Business Operations and Technology teams, managing user acceptance testing, developing operating procedures, and providing 24/7 rotational support when needed. The role requires strong technical skills in cruise-related applications like Seaware, Fidelio, and various reporting tools.

Requirements For Business Systems Support Manager, Shipboard

  • Strong knowledge of cruise/travel related applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with reporting applications (Business Objects, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • US Passport for international travel
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
