Description For Consumer Insight Manager

Join Walt Disney Parks and Resorts as a Consumer Insight Manager within the Consumer Insights, Measurement, and Analytics (CIMA) organization. This role, based in Anaheim, CA, focuses on informing strategy development through actionable data analytics and consumer insights for Disneyland Resort Hotels and VIP Tours. You'll be responsible for identifying demand drivers, exploring consumer needs, and maximizing guest experiences across parks, hotels, and Downtown Disney. The position requires strong analytical skills, project management experience, and the ability to translate data into compelling insights. As part of Disney Experiences, you'll work in an environment that brings Disney stories to life through theme parks, resorts, and unique vacation experiences. The role offers competitive compensation ($113,800-$152,500) plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits. You'll need 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Requirements For Consumer Insight Manager

Python
  • Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in consumer insights, marketing/sales, market research, or related field
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in data analytics and proficient with data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R, etc.)
  • Experience in quantitative & qualitative research and statistical techniques
  • Expertise in Excel and presentation software
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant areas (Behavioral Economics, Psychology, Sociology, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to partner and work with multiple levels of organization
