Sr Software Engineer - Salesforce Pardot/MCAE

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Salesforce Engineering team within Ad Platforms, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Salesforce platform. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our user base, implementing cutting-edge Salesforce technologies, driving best practices, and fostering innovation.

The role requires expertise in Apex, SOQL, and SOSL, along with strong collaboration skills to work alongside the team delivering performant and scalable features. We follow agile methodology and lean principles, looking to get things done quickly while maintaining high quality.

Key Focus Areas:

• Salesforce platform development using Apex, SOQL/SOSL, RESTful services, LWCs, and Aura
• Implementation of automation rules and Engagement Studio programs in Pardot/MCAE
• Collaboration with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
• Technical leadership in best practices and quality standards
• System stability and performance optimization

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $138,900 to $203,900 depending on location and experience, plus bonus potential, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
