Responsibilities For Engineer in Charge
- Provide broadcast engineering expertise to executive production group
- Bridge Operations and Design teams for equipment solutions deployment
- Provide high-level Broadcast Engineering support for Event spaces and Studios
- Interface with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines
- Work with deployment engineers on CAD and Design drawings
- Create analysis reports based on research results and test findings
- Resolve recurring issues through root cause analysis
- Evaluate new products and provide design documentation
- Write SOPs for new equipment and workflows
Requirements For Engineer in Charge
- BA/BS degree preferred in technical field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience with AV technologies
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac at user level
- Understanding of AV drawings and signal flow
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility to adapt quickly
