Responsibilities For Senior Calibration Engineer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop BMS calibrations for new features, diagnostics, and algorithms
- Develop and optimize control calibrations to meet performance targets
- Conduct calibration reviews for quality assurance
- Coordinate calibration activities with vehicle team
- Diagnose and resolve issues in vehicle systems and BMS components
- Apply modeling, simulation, and analytical techniques
- Develop and document calibration procedures
- Support control algorithms development
- Participate in testing activities and field tests
- Contribute to BMS Hardware-in-the-Loop testing
Requirements For Senior Calibration Engineer
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field
- 5+ years of experience in BMS calibration
- Strong experience with calibration development
- Proficiency in documenting calibration processes
- Familiarity with CAN, LIN, and Ethernet networks
- Programming skills in C/C++
- Experience with real-time simulation systems
- Knowledge of battery systems control
