Job Description
FleetLine is building the AI dispatcher for trucking fleets, backed by Y Combinator and other notable investors. They are automating the central decision-making that powers trucking operations using LLM-powered algorithms. They are seeking an intellectually curious and motivated Founding Fullstack Engineer to join their lean, fast-moving, and product-obsessed team.
As a Founding Fullstack Engineer, you will build and scale the core web application (frontend + backend) used daily by dispatchers. You will architect, implement, and maintain production-grade APIs and data pipelines. The role involves collaborating directly with the founders to scope, ship, and iterate on features quickly, while also shaping the long-term product vision, both technically and in user experience.
The tech stack includes Typescript and Python. Visa sponsorship is available for exceptional candidates. The position offers a salary range of $170K - $250K and equity ranging from 0.5% to 2.5%, variable based on candidate quality and experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- History of achievement from top schools, competitive programming, research, or standout projects
- Startup experience or current employment at a top tech company
- Intellectually curious, fast-moving, and motivated
- Thrive on solving hard, ambiguous problems
- Excited to have an outsized impact on product and company trajectory
- 0 - 5 years of experience in fullstack engineering
