Responsibilities For Senior Mechanical Engineer-Thermal & Cooling system
- Be part of Battery energy storage new enclosure R&D team
- Perform concept and detailed Design & calculations for cooling System
- Interact with suppliers and develop robust cooling systems for battery & electronic component cooling
- Ensure product design standards adherence to international standards
- Manage non-conformity reports and supplier deviation requests
- Lead and manage component interfaces with other engineering cross-functions
- Create specification documents for Chillers, Plumbing, HVAC, and Cooling units
- Execute CFD simulations in HPC environment
Requirements For Senior Mechanical Engineer-Thermal & Cooling system
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 5+ years of experience in thermal management design of electronic enclosures or battery system
- Strong technical knowledge in 1D analytical calculation with emphasis on cooling system design using engineering tools like ANSYS and MATLAB
- Experience with developing product from conceptual stage to mass production
- Strong skillset in thermal system design
- Experience implementing heat transfer analysis through conjugate heat transfer simulations
- Fluency in English - excellent verbal and writing skills
- Knowledge of mechanical design and CAE tools
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
