Job Description
Forge is automating complex manual human processes using AI for the world's largest companies. Backed by Founders Fund and OpenAI, they're a team of exceptional builders changing how the world works. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll build relationships with large companies, manage operational rollouts, and work within the Forge product to build automations using their new AI programming language that mixes structured programming control flow with unstructured English instructions. The role requires a technical background with significant programming experience and an ownership mentality to ensure successful deployments.
Key responsibilities include conducting process mining, leveraging programming skills to build automations using the AI-English-based programming language, architecting and implementing scalable solutions, working directly with customers, scaling deployments, and documenting best practices. Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive process mining with customers
- Leverage programming ability to build robust automations using our AI-English-based programming language
- Architect and implement solutions that can scale and work reliably
- Work directly with customers to iterate on implementations and drive adoption
- Scale deployments from initial pilot to full production volume
- Define and document best practices that will shape how we deploy to future customers
Requirements
- 1-6 years of experience as a software engineer
- Open to exceptional new grads
- Technical background with significant programming experience
