Test Automation Engineer

Forte Digital is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join their growing team of approximately 100 people in Poland. This role is part of a recently launched project for a client in the publishing sector, where you'll be instrumental in supporting the client's QA transformation and strategy building.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work in an international team, focusing on systems that optimize publishing processes. You'll have significant influence over the tools and practices implemented by the team. The role combines technical expertise in test automation with strategic thinking about quality assurance processes.

As a Test Automation Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and developing various types of automated tests, including functional, performance, and integration testing. You'll work closely with development and QA teams to identify and resolve issues, while also contributing to the planning and implementation of new testing tools and processes.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of test automation experience, strong programming skills in languages like JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#, and extensive experience with modern testing tools and CI/CD processes. You should be comfortable working independently, possess excellent analytical skills, and be fluent in both English and Polish.
