Description For Junior / Graduate BI Developer

GBG, the leading expert in global identity and location, is seeking a Junior / Graduate BI Developer to join their Sales Operation Team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a graduate to assist in producing critical business information pages using Microsoft Power BI.

As a Junior / Graduate BI Developer, you will be responsible for creating reports that are essential for strategic decision-making at the executive level. Your work will involve extensive analysis and validation, along with the use of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions). You'll be part of the Sales Operations Team, supporting day-to-day business transactions within GBG, from sales user experience and process improvement to bid support and management information production.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing business information pages in Microsoft Power BI
  • Conducting data analysis and validation from various sources
  • Supporting sales, customer success, and sales management teams
  • Developing performance reporting frameworks
  • Gathering requests from senior stakeholders

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong IT literacy, particularly in Excel and SQL Server
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (preferably Power BI)
  • Solid mathematical and statistical abilities
  • Understanding of Data and Analytics methods
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and model mathematical information
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivation and natural curiosity
  • Willingness to learn new tools and programs
