ISP Engineer

GoNetspeed is seeking an experienced ISP Engineer to join their team in Arab, AL. This role is crucial for maintaining and expanding the company's network infrastructure, focusing on providing reliable internet connectivity to communities. The position offers a competitive salary range of $52,000-$66,560 annually.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Headend Technician or network implementation roles. You'll be responsible for designing and maintaining complex network systems, ensuring optimal performance of central office facilities, and managing critical infrastructure components. The role requires both technical expertise and customer service skills, as you'll be working directly with customers on complex service issues.

Key technical requirements include knowledge of Ethernet, IP, FTTx, ATM, xDSL, and various network technologies. Experience with major equipment manufacturers like Arris, Motorola, and Cisco is preferred. The position involves hands-on work with RF and IP technologies, requiring advanced knowledge of testing equipment and procedures.
