Mandiant, a Google Cloud company, is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Architect to join their Security Transformation Services (STS) team. This role is crucial in helping organizations build effective security operations programs that minimize risk and reduce security breach impacts. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise in cloud security, requiring experience in enterprise security controls, Zero Trust Architecture, and various identity providers. The ideal candidate will work directly with clients, leading teams in implementing technical recommendations and managing complex security projects. This role offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading threat intelligence and cyber defense capabilities, while being part of Google's broader cloud security initiatives. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders. Responsibilities For Senior Cloud Security Architect
- Advise and support client organization's cybersecurity program at strategic and tactical level
- Provide project management and governance for incident response remediation engagements
- Communicate remediation strategies to client stakeholders
- Identify client internal stakeholders and build relationships
- Engage teams to plan and coordinate enterprise-scale password resets
Requirements For Senior Cloud Security Architect
- Experience developing project plans and leading teams to implement technical recommendations
- Experience documenting project requirements that define scope, schedule, and technical deliverables
- Experience with enterprise networking and network segmentation strategies
- Experience with enterprise security controls in on-premises and Cloud Infrastructures
- Experience with privileged access management
- Experience with Windows and Unix endpoint hardening and security control enforcement
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed
- Ability to interface with internal and external customers
