Responsibilities For Application Engineer, Integration Connectors
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define the direction and roadmap for the Application Integrations and Connectors product
- Provide technical expertise during critical incidents and problem-solving efforts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Drive the adoption of best practices and ensure the use of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the performance and security of the platform
- Dive into backend systems to determine how they can fulfill specific requirements. Generate test data to validate solutions
- Create specialized solutions tailored to each back end system or in the platform triggers. Build new connectors to integrate with external systems when necessary
Requirements For Application Engineer, Integration Connectors
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, other technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience working with Java
- Experience with CRM Systems, HCM System, Incident Management, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira, Success Factors, Data Structures, ERP Systems, Enterprise Applications
- Experience with Cloud, application engineering, and system integration
- Experience working with enterprise systems in 2 or more areas such as CRM/Sales Apps, Customer Support Apps, HCM/HR Apps, Marketing Apps, Project Management Apps, or ERPs
- Experience in one or more software development programming language
- Ability to communicate in English fluently
