The Japan Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry team is in charge of focusing on Retail and CPG customers who are already using Google Cloud and Google Workspace. Our mission is to provide solutions along with new norms to retail and CPG, and lead as the first penguin in the industry by engaging influential users/partners.
In this role, you will work in a Pre-Sales assistant capacity supporting the operations of your Pre-Sales team, anticipating the needs of your managers and team members and helping your team's projects, programs, operations, enablement, analysis, and escalation, while upskilling your capability of Customer Engineering by assisting Account Executives in problem-solving key technical issues for customers including developers, partners and business line of business users. You will develop your business and technical skills under the mentorship of experienced staff members in a Google Cloud Customer Engineering team. You will also have the opportunity to develop project management, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
