Google's Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) is seeking a Business Solutions Architect to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs within Google's Ads ecosystem. The position requires a seasoned professional with 12 years of experience in web technologies, project management, and technical troubleshooting.

As a Business Solutions Architect, you'll work within gTech's Product and Tools Operations team, which is dedicated to transforming Google's Ads products into intuitive customer experiences. You'll collaborate with various teams including Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering to innovate and simplify Ads products and build productivity tools.

The role demands expertise in customer-side web technologies, data analysis, and SQL/MySQL, combined with strong project management skills. You'll be responsible for developing integrated roadmaps, translating data and tools strategy into actionable technical plans, and ensuring successful implementation across organizations.

Responsibilities For gTech Business Solutions Architect

  • Act as a trusted advisor for the key stakeholders within Google's Ads ecosystem on the Data and Tools front
  • Develop and own an integrated roadmap translating the Data and Tools strategy into a technical delivery plan
  • Collaborate closely with gTech Ads group, gSO and gAPT to create an annual plan
  • Align the current short-term tactical goals with the long-term goals to create a roadmap devoid of business disruptions
  • Work with technical development teams to ensure the strategy is developed and launched across various organizations

Requirements For gTech Business Solutions Architect

JavaScript
MySQL
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 12 years of experience with customer-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript), data analysis, and SQL/MySQL
  • 12 years of experience managing projects and doing technical troubleshooting
  • Experience managing within global organizations with a product portfolio
  • Experience in leading through ambiguity and making decisions
  • Experience in driving data organization and governance
  • Expertise in large Ads ecosystems, Customer Systems and technical solutions integrations
