Responsibilities For Program Manager, Construction Area Environmental Health and Safety

  • Lead the development and ownership of the EHS program for area construction oversight and data collection
  • Ensure that contractors deliver on program safety performance expectations and agreement requirements, providing solutions to issues
  • Monitor, advise, and assist the construction project teams to protect people, environment, and ensure compliance
  • Drive a culture that embraces a continuous learning approach and aligns with organizational strategies including goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the wider Construction EHS team to ensure best practices are implemented, progress reported, trends and data captured and analyzed, and risks mitigated

Requirements For Program Manager, Construction Area Environmental Health and Safety

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management
  • 5 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) on field safety management
  • Experience in implementing programs to manage EHS construction and operational risks
