Regional Operations Manager/Compliance Advocate, Trust and Safety

Google's Trust & Safety team is at the forefront of protecting users and partners across all Google products. As a Regional Operations Manager/Compliance Advocate, you'll join a diverse team of experts working to make the internet safer. The role combines strategic thinking, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to fight abuse and maintain user trust.

You'll be responsible for designing and implementing business strategies, conducting data-driven analysis, and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. The position requires expertise in Trust & Safety, policy enforcement, and scaled operations, with a focus on protecting Google's vast user base across products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, or cybersecurity, with strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese. You'll work with engineers and product managers globally to identify and combat abuse cases, while maintaining the highest standards of user safety.
