Google is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Enterprise Security team within the Core organization. This role is crucial in protecting users' data from both external and internal threats. The position involves owning and driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Google's internal security needs, particularly focusing on access management technologies.

The Core team at Google is responsible for building the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products, including design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure. This team has a unique opportunity to impact technical decisions across the company and build central solutions that break down technical barriers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, particularly in security-related domains. Responsibilities For Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Security

  • Develop, own, and drive product strategy and roadmap for security products, focussed on Google's Internal/Enterprise Security products
  • Drive convergence for various access management technologies at Google and build a cohesive product strategy and roadmap
  • Drive roadmap deliverables and other initiatives critical to the product success through the life-cycle
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, security analysts, and cross-functional partners to design, deliver, and land innovative security features
  • Lead and drive synergy across stakeholders to deliver product outcomes and support customer needs

Requirements For Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Security

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role
  • 3 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within security, privacy, or a related area
  • 5 years of experience in product management including providing product ideas and roadmaps
  • 3 years of experience in security, identity, privacy, fraud, risk, or related domains
  • Experience developing software or internet products and technologies
  • Experience leading teams with diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent diplomatic skills partnering across organizational boundaries
