Senior Technical Program Manager Lead, Google Enterprise Network

Google is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager Lead for their Enterprise Network team to oversee critical infrastructure projects and lead a team of technical program managers. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, focusing on maintaining one of the world's largest enterprise networks. The position requires managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects while ensuring security, reliability, scalability, and automation of Google's enterprise network.

As a TPgM, you'll collaborate with Network Engineers, Software Engineers, and Operations teams to drive network product development and lifecycle decisions. You'll be responsible for setting priorities based on Strategic Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), managing vendor relationships, and implementing efficient delivery processes. The role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and solve challenges related to efficient scaling, security, and high availability.

The position comes with competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $168,000-$252,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. You'll be part of Google's Technical Infrastructure team, which is fundamental to keeping Google's product portfolio running smoothly.
