Key responsibilities include developing SoC architecture specifications, evaluating different silicon solutions for Google's data center AI accelerator roadmap, collaborating with Systems and Software teams for high-performance interfaces, and working with various stakeholders to ensure designs are complete, correct, and performant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI/ML SoC architecture, multi-chiplet SoC architectures, and ASIC design flows, along with proficiency in programming languages and knowledge of high-performance, low-power design techniques.
