Responsibilities For Staff Software Engineer, Gemini Cloud Assist, AI

  • Work as an AI SWE, individual contributor, and leader on the Gemini Cloud Assist Troubleshooting team
  • Work with Support and Support Platform leadership, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Work with Support and playbook data to perform analysis and inform product direction
  • Interact cross-functionally and cultivate partnerships with various teams
  • Lead initiatives to improve data, tools, and methodology

Requirements For Staff Software Engineer, Gemini Cloud Assist, AI

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms
  • 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture
  • 5 years of experience building software for data privacy or security
  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in technical leadership role (preferred)
  • 3 years of experience working with cross-functional projects (preferred)
