Supplier Development Engineer, Packaging (Mandarin, English)

Google's Devices & Services team is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer to join their packaging division. This role combines technical program management, process engineering, and quality engineering, focusing on manufacturing delivery of packaging parts designed to protect devices and enhance user experience. The position covers both New Products Introduction (NPI) phase and sustaining mass production, overseeing processes from raw material receipt to final delivery.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine supplier quality system management to meet Google's standards. They will manage early engagement with design teams, sourcing managers, and suppliers for NPIs, including supplier selection and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). This role is crucial in Google's mission to create radically helpful experiences for users through the combination of AI, Software, and Hardware.
