Requirements For Technical Program Manager, Capacity Planning

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Industrial, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in program management
  • 8 years of experience in technical project management role for software systems
  • 8 years of experience with Software Product Life Cycle (PLC)
  • Experience establishing methods, tools, and process improvements
  • Experience managing projects in software engineering teams
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent investigative, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
