Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager II, Data Center Data Analytics, Cloud Networking

  • Manage global capacity deliverables, plan of records, and schedules across organization which includes ensuring dependent projects are started in time to support schedule of downstream dependencies
  • Understand partner team dependencies, constraints, designs and forecasting mechanisms that impact the business by engaging early/often, and collaborate on process improvements
  • Provide health reports highlighting wins, risk, and upcoming demands which includes analysis of document patterns, spikes, and lessons learned
  • Drive root cause corrective actions and make recommendations to the business to prevent known issues from recurring and constraining capacity

Requirements For Technical Program Manager II, Data Center Data Analytics, Cloud Networking

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program management
  • Experience with data analytics, reporting, analysis, dashboards, and scripting using SQL or similar technologies
  • Experience with data center, networking, and operations
