This position offers a competitive salary range of $142,000-$211,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager III, Privacy, Core

  • Drive effective Privacy outcomes through Privacy assessment and remediation programs, focused on Acquisitions and Bets
  • Perform pre-close diligence to drive Acquisition and separation strategy for Alphabet, with the goal of minimizing risk to Alphabet
  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive privacy engineering considerations, and exception handling into Mergers and Acquisitions transactions and cross-functional engineering teams to provide technical direction and influence technical design
  • Stay informed on current global Privacy and AI legislation
  • Partner with legal teams (e.g., Privacy, Product, Commercial, Corporate) to provide legislative and regulatory policy guidance, and with acquired personnel to build privacy engineering principles into organizations while minimizing disruption

Requirements For Technical Program Manager III, Privacy, Core

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience in a privacy role specifically in General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), data retention technology and policy, or data posture management
