As a Technical Solutions Engineer for Google Distributed Cloud (Airgapped), you will be a key technical liaison embedded within our Public Sector customer environment. You'll act as a proactive problem-solver and bridge between the customer and Google's support team, taking initiative and owning important customer issues. You'll be part of a global team providing 24/7 support to help customers seamlessly transition to Google Cloud products. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting technical problems, managing customer issues, developing in-depth understanding of Google's product technology, acting as a consultant for internal stakeholders, and advocating for customer needs with cross-functional teams. The role requires fluency in German and English, the ability to pass enhanced background checks, and hold German Citizenship. You'll work in a shift pattern or non-standard work hours as needed, including weekends.
