Your duties will include troubleshooting technical problems, debugging, networking, system administration, updating documentation, and coding/scripting when necessary. You'll work with a global team providing 24/7 support and will play a crucial role in driving the success of Google Cloud by understanding and advocating for customer needs.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience, along with 4 years of relevant experience in coding, troubleshooting, and working with various technologies such as Web Tech, Data/Big Data, Machine Learning, and Kubernetes. Preferred qualifications include experience in technical consulting for large enterprise customers, developing or training machine learning models, and working with cloud computing technologies.
