Senior Data Engineer

Groov, a pioneering Workplace Science & Analytics platform, is revolutionizing how organizations improve their workplace dynamics through data-driven insights. We're seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our mission of making workplaces better through scientific analysis of workplace data.

The role offers a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of Groov's data infrastructure, working alongside industrial-organizational psychologists, workplace scientists, data scientists, and engineers. You'll be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable data systems that power our real-time analytics and insights platform.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll architect robust data pipelines, ensure data quality and lineage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights to our enterprise customers. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including AWS services, managed data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks, and modern ETL tools.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of data engineering experience, strong technical skills in Python and SQL, and expertise in AWS services.
