As our Go-To-Market (GTM) Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be the crucial link between our manufacturing processes and customers. This role combines technical expertise with customer relationship management, requiring you to build trust-based relationships with supply chain professionals while supporting operations to implement specialized processes for each program.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-growth environment, managing cross-functional projects and implementing manufacturing solutions that exceed customer expectations. You'll be responsible for new product introduction, customer communications, and operational problem-solving, making you integral to our success.

Responsibilities For Manufacturing Engineer

  • Manage the processing of new customer information
  • Managing new product introduction
  • Responsible for managing day-to-day communications with customers on operational statuses of products in production
  • Responsible for managing several small-to-medium sized projects in cross-functional teams
  • Ensure that customer information is being internally processed in a timely manner and that deadlines are being met
  • Work in ambiguous situations and take initiative to identify and resolve operational problems

Requirements For Manufacturing Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a relevant STEM field (preferred)
  • 4 years of manufacturing experience in a high-intensity production environment (in lieu of degree)
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing role
  • Experience in developing and implementing production processes/systems in a high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of project execution in a manufacturing setting
