Job Description
Hightouch is on a mission to empower everyone to take action on their data. As a pioneer in the Composable Customer Data Platform (CDP), Hightouch enables companies to leverage their data warehouse for marketing personalization and business operations. Their new AI Decisioning platform allows marketers to set goals and guardrails for AI agents to personalize customer interactions.
They are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to expand their data activation products with an intelligence layer. The role involves developing machine learning solutions for personalization, automated experimentation, predictive audiences, content generation, and budget optimization. This includes working on problems such as personalizing messages with relevant content, automating experiments, building models to predict user behavior, generating compelling content with LLMs, and optimizing marketing spend.
The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of experience in machine learning and software development. Responsibilities
