Responsibilities For AI Engineer
- Integrate AI solutions into existing products and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Conduct model evaluations, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning of large language models
- Implement and manage AI orchestration, including agent-based systems
- Participate in the design and implementation of AI-powered applications
- Help shape technical direction and best practices for LLM development
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and incorporate state-of-the-art techniques
Requirements For AI Engineer
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Experience working with foundational model APIs and pre-trained open source models
- Strong understanding of machine learning workflows, including model evaluations and LLM fine-tuning
- Familiarity with AI orchestration and agent-based systems and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) preferred
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization technologies preferred
- Experience with data science and ML engineering preferred
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) preferred
