Platform Engineer - Infrastructure

Homebase, the everything app for hourly teams, is seeking a Platform Engineer to join their Infrastructure team. As a key member of this unstoppable team, you'll work on revolutionizing how small businesses manage their teams and grow. The role focuses on building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers their services, which support over 100,000 small businesses and tracked over 1 billion hours for 2.5+ million workers last year.

The position requires expertise in Ruby development, infrastructure management, and cloud services. You'll be responsible for maintaining and extending the Ruby service that manages infrastructure, working closely with product engineering teams, and ensuring optimal tooling and practices. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of software engineering experience, deep knowledge of Ruby, and extensive infrastructure team experience.
