As an IT Engineer at ICEYE, you'll be integral to maintaining and optimizing the company's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities For IT Engineer

  • Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, network, and user-related problems
  • Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including network systems, servers, storage, and cloud-based solutions
  • Implement security measures and address security vulnerabilities
  • Develop scripts and utilize automation tools to streamline processes

Requirements For IT Engineer

Linux
Python
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
  • Strong technical skills and aptitude for technical work
  • At least 3 years of experience in a service desk team
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows, Linux, or macOS on command-line level
  • Experience in managing SAAS services, preferably Google Workspace and Okta
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
