Responsibilities For Senior Security Engineer (On-Premise Infrastructure)
- Secure on-premises Kubernetes clusters and ensure robust configurations
- Design and implement secure networking solutions for physical and virtual environments
- Manage and enhance hardware and physical device security measures
- Oversee security configurations for virtualization platforms like VMware
- Conduct regular security assessments of on-premise systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security strategies
- Respond to and investigate security incidents
- Contribute to on-prem environment design meeting customer and regulatory requirements
- Stay current with emerging threats targeting physical systems
Requirements For Senior Security Engineer (On-Premise Infrastructure)
- Strong expertise in securing and managing on-premises infrastructure, including Kubernetes and VMware
- Knowledge of authentication frameworks including OIDC and OAuth2
- Solid understanding of networking principles and secure configurations
