Job Description
Inorsa is an automation engine for telecom deployments, offering solutions for cross-checking, validating site information, generating structural analysis, engineering drawings, and automating various reports. They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and build scalable systems using Python, TypeScript, and SQL. This role involves driving product architecture, integrations, and performance improvements within a fast-moving AI automation startup.
The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for hands-on coding, shaping the technology roadmap, mentoring teammates, and maintaining high engineering velocity. The role is approximately 80% technical and 20% leadership, involving writing production-grade code, guiding product architecture, and improving engineering velocity. This is a great opportunity to own meaningful pieces of the product vision and work on challenging growth blockers, while impacting the platform's development. Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable systems across our full stack (Python, TypeScript, SQL)
- Lead feature and architectural planning, and write specs for major components
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and designers
- Build and maintain integrations with AI/ML models and internal data pipelines
- Improve performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability of key systems
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and guide quality standards
- Communicate progress and risks with engineering leadership
- Act as a product owner—understand user needs, propose roadmap items, and drive implementation
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer for enterprise-level products
