  • Lead the process of understanding and managing Mid Market customers needs across the QuickBooks platform
  • Drive research and tests to understand Mid Market customer problems and jobs-to-be-done
  • Create and track key metrics to measure capabilities against market needs
  • Oversee product plans validation for mid-market customers
  • Coordinate and prioritize needs across Intuit Mid Market ecosystem teams
  • Work across product teams to deliver top-tier enterprise solutions
  • Support marketing and sales teams in developing value propositions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external sales partners
  • Collaborate with leaders to improve enterprise market strategy
