Responsibilities For Senior Technical Program Manager
- Connect the dots across various programs within a portfolio to simplify the 'why/what/how'
- Partner with Program Leadership Team to unblock/guide program teams' delivery
- Identify and simplify program level processes
- Develop program structure and drive operating rhythm for cross-organizational teams
- Drive creation of program roadmaps and execution plans
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in executive teams, product management & engineering
- Identify and clarify critical issues and dependencies
- Communicate progress across the organization at all levels
Requirements For Senior Technical Program Manager
- Degree in engineering, computer science, information systems or equivalent experience
- Experience managing software development projects and large operational systems
- Ability to track complex details and manage 10-15 scrum teams across multiple sites
- Strong communication skills with both engineers and executives
- 5+ years of Program Management team leadership experience
- 3+ years leading complex technology-focused programs
- Knowledge of industry standard program/project methods and tools
